My good friend and I took a hike with her daughter, age 5,  to this gorgeous spot, aptly named, “God’s Carpet.”  We brought along Josie’s grandmother’s vintage cocktail dress, which she often plays dress-up in, and I captured some cute shots of her dancing. And, check out the huge tree we found along the way!

I had a blast taking photos of this couple and some of their friends, before the Mitchell High School Prom in Spruce Pine, NC. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing this young lady since “before she was born!” She has grown into such a beautiful young woman! And, she’s incredibly smart too!
